EMD 8594 - PC12 Cell
Cryo electron tomogram of a PC12 cell. Using a pretrained model in Dragonfly 2022.2, the UNet was retrained to identify Microtubules (blue), membrane (cyan), mitochondria (purple), ribosomes (orange) and carbon (yellow).
